Investment Dressing

Posted by on Aug 27, 2019 in The Blog | Comments Off on Investment Dressing

As a Personal Stylist my passion is working with clients to create Ageless Style and find items that will last. Investment dressing is finding a garment you love and never lets you down! I love the concept ‘Cost Per Wear’. The aim is to wear a garment at least 30 times to justify the investment. My example: A fabulous Mint Velvet dress bought 2 years ago. Worn so many times and each outing only costing £1 per wear! Would you like a few key pieces in your wardrobe that work perfectly every time and give you maximum value? Off the Shoulder Dressing

Donna Karan (above)  and Vivienne Westwood are real enthusiasts for this look and understand that it really works for the older woman. Glamorous grown-ups have fanatstic shoulders ; it’s a place where almost nothing can go wrong! A flash of tanned shoulder is sensual and easy to do plus it can help balance out the hips. Its a look that works well on any body shape – weather you have soft curves or a more angled frame.
